I’ll echo Rebecca that this is something I’ve been thinking on for a while and this article really puts it in excellent terms. There is something inherently good in the process, not just the end result. This is true in everything we do as human beings.
As a design leader, I love this philosophy so much. The inputs are where the magic happens. I think they seem fleeting and ephemeral to some and the outputs seem material and concrete but I disagree. In tech, the outputs are just as fleeting and the inputs are like the actual seeds and roots that develop creativity around problems. This really put words to something I'd been chewing on. Thank you!
