Wow! Nailed it for me! A million thanks!

I'll offer a slight variation to your notion of using feedback. I see that process as course correcting in real time. The idea is that we are actually literally off course almost all the time (about everything 😉). If we correct accurately enough, fast enough, we get there.

I love this idea. Figuring out how to take in feedback and re-orient towards our goals based on that feedback is the key.

Yes and the piece you just added "Figuring out how to take in feedback" is the actual issue in that human being as a whole are TERRIBLE about acknowledging being in error.

The total irony is that if you don't acknowledge the mistakes, then you can't make the needed corrections to get to the goal AND THAT'S WHERE MOST PEOPLE ARE, completely off course while up on a hill they will defend with their life presenting that they got it all together and are just fine! Inauthenticity rules!

We need to generate a completely new relationship to the notion of mistakes to see them as a requirement of the game of life rather than something bad that needs to be hidden.
